RRA, what's the most critically acclaimed comic series out there right now?

I can't answer for RRA (but will try anyway), but only one issue in, Tom King's new "Mister Miracle" is already getting strong consideration of best new comic of the year (and if you haven't, definitely check out his extraordinary and Eisner winning mini-series, The Vision).

After more than a decade of being Marvel's defining writer, Brian Michael Bendis has abruptly jumped ship and signed an exclusive deal with DC.

50% of me wonders what the fuck is going on at Marvel, the other 50% wonders what DC could have offered him, and hoping it's not Wonder Woman (prob. the highest profile character w/o a high-profile creator at the moment).

Has DC read his stuff the last few years?!?
    Recent films RRA survived:

    The Star
    Security (Thumbs Up)
    Daddy’s Home 2
    Jigsaw
    Geostorm (BIG Thumbs Down)
    Only the Brave (Thumbs Up)

Sounds like it was a bunch of factors, including a lucrative offer from DC and annoyance over being told "diversity doesn't sell": https://www.bleedingcool.com/2017/11...vel-dc-comics/

If we are gonna get Bendis at DC, hope he brings Pichelli and Maleev along with him.
