Nicole really should win, but I think it'll be difficult to beat either of the Feud women. They're also both terrific and their roles are complete Emmy bait.

Though if she does get submitted in supporting, it might guarantee her win..... but no. She is leading lady staw and is clearly lead.

And yeah, we can now clearly say that Witherspoon does not have any kind of upperhand against Kidman here. But they will both get nominated (as they should) so it doesn't matter.

With multiple actresses in contention from each of Feud, Big Little Lies, and American Crime (not to mention Pfeiffer, Coon, etc.), this has to be one most competitive races ever.

So based on the Fargo teaser, it seems like they are positioning Carrie Coon as the lead of the miniseries, with McGregor in like, dual supporting roles

I think ultimately she's going to be a bit too strong to miss, I doubt it will be another Patrick Wilson situation.

Imagine if we get 7 actresses nominated here:

    Carrie Coon-Fargo
    Jessica Lange-Feud
    Susan Saradon-Feud
    Reese Whiterspoon-Big Little Lies
    Nicole Kidman- Big Little Lies
    Regina King- American Crime
    Felicity Huffman- American Crime

    It would be

I hope Freida Pinto shows she can be a contender at being nominated for Guerrilla

I'd die if Oprah comes to snatch wigs.

I bet everyone will start predicting her and then it randomly goes to Regina King (I have not seen American Crime S3, but she is so beloved by them, I wouldn't put it past the TV Academy)

I have a feeling Lange is probably winning the Emmy, but the Globes will go Kidman. Not sure about SAG yet. It's hard for me to see a Paulson-esque sweeper when the category is this competitive.

This makes sense to me. The Emmy will be between Lange and Sarandon. The GG between Kidman and Lange. Reese happy to be nominated.

Yes, Regina King is overdue for a LEAD Actress in a Limited Series or Movie Emmy. We all know it.

Plus she'd join a prestigious list of tv movie/miniseries queens who have won 3 or more Emmys in those categories

    Helen Mirren - 4 (4 lead)
    Laura Linney - 3 (3 lead)
    Patty Duke - 3 (3 lead)
    Gena Rowlands - 3 (2 lead, 1 supporting)
    Jessica Lange - 3 (2 lead, 1 supporting)
    Judy Davis - 3 (1 lead, 2 supporting)

Build the narrative, three in a row!

But more likely Lange and Davis both add to their 3.

I can see Witherspoon taking SAG because it's more of a "who's popular" vote.

I see what you mean, but I don't know. Reese has only been nominated twice by them, and Nicole 9 times.

Also, Nicole has yet to win a SAG, so she should run her SAG campaign on that fact, lol. On her tenth, she deserves a win.

if I'm not mistaken, Nicole is the most SAG-nominated actor with no wins yet? 9 nods, 6 individual.

    She better win one!
