Wow, Em did that... Honestly, he's so fucking good. It was almost like he was performing spoken poetry, like how?!

ETA: Damn. That "Pills" track is monumental.

Honestly sad that I just do not connect with St. Vincent. Wish I heard what everyone else is hearing.

    WOW.

The greatest wig snatching ever?!? Amazing.

Such an interesting piece of art and poetry, as well.

This is one of my favorite songs ever and I think its reflectiveness and easygoingness could work as a gateway:

Thank you, this was more my style. I've been a fan of her voice and guitar playing ever since I stumbled upon this video while searching for covers of These Days (my obsession at the time.) Maybe I expected her to go down this route instead of what she's done. Anyway, her newer stuff is just...kind of off putting to me, even if I recognize she's insanely talented.

Finally saw the Eminem rap about Trump, and wow. Brilliant. Give it all the Grammys.

I don't get the Eminem praise, tbh. He didn't say anything new or in a particularly compelling way. I know it's not a competition but I've preferred other artists' ways of expressing their ideas other than the blunt and simple "fuck Donald Trump"s he's spitting.

Also, it seems disingenous and calculated for him to choose to speak up NOW that he has an album coming out.

I came here to say exactly this. I’ve heard much better from much less experienced rappers than him. And it feels odd for him to take a stance now... it’s been 11 months since Trump was elected.

Dropping in to confirm that MASSEDUCTION is very much the album of the year, and I can't imagine anything being able to top it, for me; though--of course--we'll see how hard reputation slays me next month.

The former is astounding: somehow, simultaneously, Clark's most audacious, "easily accessible," certifiably poppiest, and most personable album yet. It's a decadent work, through and through.

It plays, most, like a Madonna album--swinging from the dancefloor to the bedroom to crying on the bathroom floor and then 'round again for more; it's the type of pop music we all WISH Madge would release these days.

Yeah, I really enjoyed the Eminem freestyle, but I thought he was gonna go even harder. I'm glad it's getting all this attention tho. Marshall Mathers LP is easily better than what he did earlier this week, lbr.
