GLOW had 10 nominations so Brie missing is really baffling.

Anyway predicting Atlanta but rooting for The Marvelous Mrs Maisel with Barry as potential spoiler

I'm still surprised with Alison Brie and Marc Maron snubs tbh.

Atlanta with The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel as potential spoiler.

I think Atlanta barely wins, but Maisel is right there.

Any of the two winning will be a first, Atlanta would be the first basic cable comedy to win while Maisel would be the first streaming series to win

I had this reversed until nomination morning. I fully expected Maisel to have the most noms for a comedy but Atlanta came the fuck through.

If Maisel submitted more in writing/directing they could have matched Atlanta's nomination haul. They delivered in every category they were expected to. The only slight minor miss was not getting Hinkle and Zegen in the supporting categories. Had they gotten nominated,I will predict Maisel for the win

While that's true, Maisel only submitted one episode to be considered for Directing and Writing when it probably could have gotten 2 nominations in each (at least in writing) if it had submitted 2 episodes. Maisel, Atlanta, and Barry all overperformed at the Emmys.

Barry really overperformed but it probably helped that it was just shown a few months ago so fresh in the voters' minds but I think we should also look out for it as potential winner if the voting will be as close as the nomination haul of the 3 shows
