    my NGNG

Drama Actress: Kidman makes the lineup or makes it in supporting. they love her here
    Davis and McCarthy make it
    First Man only makes actor
Stone and Weisz both make it in supporting
Nick Robinson and Wahlberg show up in Comedy Male
that fifth supporting slot goes to Sam Rockwell (he's the only one to make it in for Vice)
Emily blunt makes the fifth slot for supporting actress in AQP

The Globes go back to their "spreading the wealth" ways and give Rami Malek the Drama-Actor Globe, while Cooper has to "settle" for Best Director.

Amy Adams hits every precursor but is, once again, left out in the end This is cruel, but plausible if Vice's reception isn't what we expected.

Eighth Grade is the surprise story on nomination morning, earning Picture, Screenplay and Best Supporting Actor (Hamilton) nods.

Toni Collette rides a wave of passion to an Oscar nom for Hereditary.

You’re dreaming big, but not big enough.
