Queen of Queens ... and she did THAT without any hits. A star is born, truly.

I'm obsessed with Billie Eilish and her Bad Guy rn. I have to buy the album ASAP. Also, can't wait to hear her collab with Rosalía.

Wow, Old Town Road debuting at number 1 this week instead of next is so surprising.

I thought Billie would contend for the top spot, but her top ten debut and coming in at 7th is obviously so amazing considering her meteoric rise. She’ll need radio deals with her next album, maybe concert bundles? It doesn’t really add up as to how she can have such a massive streaming leads, massive album sales and end up at 7. Regardless, holy shit, what a debut! Truly a star in the making.

One of the Barbz getting a #1 before Nicki... He should really thank whichever editor it was who kicked the Old Town Road off the country chart, I had heard about it being a meme before that but only bothered with listening after it got "banned". With the points from the Billy Ray remix kicking in next week, it might be at the top for a while.

Did Billboard change the Hot 100 formula this week, the predictions from all the chartheads are off.

Wow, Old Town Road. That's so fun.

The first time in a while a #1 feels like a statement against the music industry, whatever you think about the song. Good for him.

Nope. The predictions underestimated streaming points it will get.

"Old Town Road" becoming a #1 song is delightfully strange but also awesome.

I'm a big country fan, but the initial brouhaha/outrage over it charting on Billboard Country that made people actually notice the song was so ridiculous and antiquated. Glad the backlash was swift and now it's a #1 hit!

That was my thought, too. I know this won't mean diversity coming to country because lol, but it's a nice "fuck you" nonetheless.

I have to return some videotapes.

Everyone can have a #1 but Nicki Minaj and watch Billy Rae Cyrus remix being credited next week as a gag of all
