Madonna, there is no question about it.

She's here to destroy your favorites since 2011.

Vogue is my favorite of this bunch.

As for the other song, I'm really torn. They're all stellar.

Whatever the outcome, I'm just so happy to be in the finals alongside the iconic Madonna, and my beloved @Hardys

Went with Vogue and Space Oddity in the end. Two of the best songs of all-time, really (as well as the other two).

A good call (if you plan on voting one of each).

Madge (as expected, given a forum with this demographic) seems headed for an easy win.
If Harley Quinn did not exist, it would be necessary to invent her

Oh wow. We can vote for both.

I went with "Heroes" (favorite Bowie song) and "Like a Prayer" (second favorite Madonna song).

I'd just like to point out that both Madonna and Bowie got to the finals without using some of their best songs:

Madonna - Holiday, Borderline, Into the Groove, Like a Virgin, Material Girl, Dress You Up, Live to Tell, Open Your Heart, Justify My Love, Erotica, Bad Girl, Secret, Human Nature, Music, Sorry, etc.
Bowie - Life on Mars?, Ziggy Stardust, Suffragette City, Drive-In Saturday, Diamond Dogs, Young Americans (!!!), Ashes to Ashes, Fashion, Modern Love, The Hearts Filthy Lesson (not that well-regarded, but a personal favorite of mine), The Next Day, Lazarus...

Like, Hardys and TDP could make another winning combination just out of these leftovers.

    Legends.

I immediately voted for both Bowie songs without even seeing the results and I smiled when I saw that my little Matty (TDP) did the exact same and voted for both Madonna songs. Friends inside and outside of these forums

I can’t stress this enough: I couldn’t ask for a better person/player to share the finals with - and, adequately - representing someone as legendary.

    Whew!

I didn’t campaign at all nor did I even promote Madonna in any of my few and scattered posts across this competition because a) her oeuvre speaks for itself and b) i’m nowhere near a Madonna devotť as people like Erik, Benutty, Moviefreak, etc so I couldn’t properly approach her astistry with the knowledge and admiration that they have. So, I went for an attempt to cover many of her eras, not chronologically with a mix of her iconic songs and my favorite ones. Don’t Tell Me has been on repeat lately!

    Honestly, though.

At this forum, no other artist even had a realistic chance to beat Madonna.

The Madge Demographic is too strong at this forum.

Why are you so obsessed with demographics? Are you studying for your Geography test?

Voted for both Bowie songs. I’ve never understood the obsession that Madonna inspires in people

I'm not sure either, but I think it might have something to do with her rich and diverse discography, her amazing performances, her all-time best music videos, her audacity and boundary-pushing, etc.

And, given the demographic of this forum, being a Universally-Acclaimed Gay Icon can't hurt.

Well, the other fella is also a universally-acclaimed gay icon too

It is quite poetic that the final is between Madonna and Bowie. I believe they both were immense fans of each other and were inspired by the other throughout their careers.

Well, Bowie pulled ahead. So much for the demographics of the forum, right, Harley?
