Morgan Spector on George’s Ever-Changing Relationship with Bertha and Who He’d Love to Guest Star on ‘The Gilded Age’ [VIDEO INTERVIEW]

The Gilded Age has built a reputation for incredible low-stakes drama over the course of its three seasons. It’s a show that follows New Yorkers as they engage in the social ongoings of the time, one couple being George and Bertha Russell. The two have been a force to be reckoned with as they social climb to the top, but this season saw the stakes getting much higher: George is shot. This marks a change in the show that sees it going even further than before to challenge the characters. George survives, but how will he proceed?
I sat down to speak to Morgan Spector about it, the relationship between George and Bertha, and his dream guest star on the show.
Morgan Spector is Emmy-eligible in the category of Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for The Gilded Age.
