Trailer Watch: ‘Jurassic World: Rebirth,’ ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow,’ ‘The Fantastic 4: First Steps,’ ‘Sinners,’ ‘Final Destination Bloodlines,’ ‘Smurfs’

A huge week for trailer of upcoming spring and summer blockbusters including Jonathan Bailey and Scarlett Johansson in Jurassic World: Rebirth, The Fantastic Four: First Steps with Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss Bachrach and Joseph Quinn, The Weeknd starring in Hurry Up Tomorrow, the new film from Trey Edward Shults (Waves), Rihanna as Smurfette, more Final Destinations and Ryan Coogler reunites with Michael B. Jordan in an altogether new vampire story.

Jurassic World Rebirth is directed by BAFTA winner Edwards from a script by Koepp (War of the Worlds), based on characters created by Michael Crichton. The film is produced by Oscar nominee Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley, both longtime Jurassic franchise producers and of last summer’s blockbuster, Twisters. The film is executive produced by Steven Spielberg, Denis L. Stewart and Jim Spencer. It stars Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey

A musician plagued by insomnia is pulled into an odyssey with a stranger who begins to unravel the very core of his existence. Hurry Up Tomorrow, directed by Trey Edward Shults features Abel Tesfaye, Jenna Ortega, and Barry Keoghan, exclusively in theaters on May 16.

Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: First Steps arrives in theaters July 25. Starring Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss Bachrach and Joseph Quinn.

Warner Bros. Pictures presents A Proximity Media Production: Sinners. The film will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures, in theaters only nationwide on April 18, 2025, and internationally beginning on 16 April 2025. Michael B. Jordan stars with Hailee Steinfeld, Jack O’Connell, Delroy Lindo and Wunmi Mosaku.

New Line Cinema presents, In Association with Domain Entertainment, A Practical Pictures / Freshman Year / Fireside Films Production: Final Destination Bloodlines. The film will be distributed in theaters and IMAX worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures, in theaters only nationwide on May 16, 2025, and internationally beginning on 14 May 2025.

When Papa Smurf (John Goodman) is mysteriously taken by evil wizards, Razamel and Gargamel, Smurfette (Rihanna) leads the Smurfs on a mission into the real world to save him. With the help of new friends, the Smurfs must discover what defines their destiny to save the universe. Smurfs features an all-star voice cast including Rihanna, James Corden, Nick Offerman, JP Karliak, Daniel Levy, Amy Sedaris, Natasha Lyonne, Sandra Oh, Octavia Spencer, Nick Kroll, Hannah Waddingham, Alex Winter, Maya Erskine, Billie Lourd, Xolo Maridueña with Kurt Russell and John Goodman. Only in theatres July 18
