I’d pick Zootopia!
I’m an obvious person that tries to boost sci fi for more awards recognition, but if ex machina got a nom for this category, midnight special deserves a mention. It’s this year’s high quality sci-fi film. I know Arrival is on the way, but I haven’t seen it yet.
