2023 Oscar Predictions: SUPPORTING ACTRESS (June)
Michelle Williams (The Fabelmans) remains at #1 this month and most of the top 20 is at a standstill.
Searchlight Pictures has quite a few films that are still TBA, on the cusp of being either 2022 or 2023 releases, like the long-in-post-production Next Goal Wins from Taika Waititi, featuring Kaimana and Elisabeth Moss. Same goes for Patti LuPone in A24’s Disappointment Blvd. from Ari Aster and Tilda Swinton in Netflix’s The Killer from David Fincher. High profile names in high profile films with major directors and all from studios that have more on their plate than they can handle for a single awards season.
Here are my 2023 Oscar predictions in Supporting Actress for June 2022.
