Screen Actors Guild Announce Key Dates and Deadlines for 2026 SAG Awards

The SAG Awards announced today that the 32nd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards will take place on Sunday, March 1, 2026. The ceremony will stream live on Netflix at 8 p.m. (ET) / 5 p.m. (PT). Key deadlines and dates have also been released for the 2025-2026 SAG Awards season.
Nominations for the 32nd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards will be announced in 14 categories on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
Submissions for nomination consideration will open Monday, August 25, 2025 and will close Monday, November 3, 2025. Actors or their representatives may submit a performance for consideration in a category of the actor’s choosing. Eligible performances must air or premiere between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. All submissions must be submitted online at sagawards.org/submissions.
Last year’s winners for theatrical film included the cast of Conclave, Timothée Chalamet for A Complete Unknown, and Demi Moore for The Substance, while television winners included Shōgun, Only Murders in the Building, Jean Smart for Hacks and more. The Life Achievement Award recipient was Jane Fonda.
