‘Dune’ character posters for Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Oscar Isaac, Rebecca Ferguson and more
Warner Bros today revealed the Dune character posters for Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Oscar Isaac, Javier Bardem, Jason Momoa, Rebecca Ferguson, Stellan Skarsgård and Josh Brolin.
Dune is directed by Denis Villeneuve with a screenplay by Jon Spaihts, Villeneuve, and Eric Roth. The film is an international co-production of Canada, Hungary, the United Kingdom, and the United States. It is the first of a planned two-part adaptation of the 1965 novel of the same name by Frank Herbert, which will cover roughly the first half of the book.
Dune is scheduled to be premiered at the 78th Venice International Film Festival on September 3, 2021 and released theatrically in the United States in 3D on October 22, 2021 by Warner Bros. Pictures with a simultaneous release on the HBO Max streaming service for 31 days.
