After a whirlwind of a week on “Top Chef: All-Stars L.A.,” Nini Nguyen talked to Daniel Trainor and Sam Stone about becoming a fashion icon this season, the female camaraderie on the show and getting sent packing for a nearly-perfect dish. Plus, she shares a special, at-home Vietnamese recipe that’s perfect for quarantine!
Nini is still alive on Last Chance Kitchen, where she’ll hope to cook her way back into the competition.
