Top Chef: All Stars LA judge Tom Colicchio took some time to reflect on the season in an interview with Daniel Trainor and Sam Stone. The culinary icon discussed his favorite dishes of the season, cooking with Padma & Gail, filming in Italy and why Melissa King might be the best contestant in the show’s history.
Plus, he talked about his new podcast, the difficult decisions he’s been forced to make about his restaurant and why he’s so passionate about food advocacy, especially in the midst of a pandemic.
