‘Mank’ leads Vancouver Film Critics nominations
David Fincher’s Mank leads the Vancouver Film Critics Circle (VFCC) nominations for Best in International Film, which were announced February 20.
The biographical drama about Herman J. Mankiewicz and the development of the script for Citizen Kane received five nominations, including Best Picture, Director (David Fincher), Screenplay (Jack Fincher), Actor (Gary Oldman) and Supporting Actress (Amanda Seyfried).
With three nominations apiece, Nomadland (Picture, Director, Actress) and Promising Young Woman (Picture, Screenplay, Actress) will also vie for the same awards.
