New Trailer and Poster for Joe Wright’s DARKEST HOUR with Gary Oldman
Focus Features has dropped a short new trailer plus two new posters for Joe Wright’s Darkest Hour.
Within days of becoming British Prime Minister, Winston Churchill (Academy Award nominee Gary Oldman) much face an incredible challenge at arguably Britain’s most crucial point of World War II. While maneuvering his political rivals, he must confront the ultimate choice: negotiate with Hitler and save the British people at a terrible cost or rally the nation and fight on against incredible odds. Darkest Hour tells this dramatic and inspiring story of four weeks in 1940 during which Churchill’s courage to lead changed the course of world history.
Darkest Hour will be released by Focus Features in theaters on November 22nd and also stars Academy Award nominee Kristin Scott Thomas and Ben Mendelsohn.
