Tessa Thompson, Timothée Chalamet, Daniel Kaluuya among BAFTA EE Rising Star Award nominees
The BAFTA EE Rising Star Award nominees were announced today.
Florence Pugh (Lady Macbeth), Tessa Thompson (Thor: Ragnarok, above), Daniel Kaluuya (Get Out), Timothée Chalamet (Call Me By Your Name, Lady Bird) and Josh O’Connor (God’s Own Country) are all up for the award this year, which is voted on by the public.
Previous winners have included Kristen Stewart, John Boyega and Tom Hardy.
The BAFTA nominations for film will be announced on January 9. The winner of the EE Rising Star Award will be announced at the BAFTA Film Awards ceremony on February 18.
