“The tapes were just the beginning”

Season 2 of one of Netflix’s most popular shows ever and the most tweeted about television series of 2017, 13 Reasons Why, will return May 18th. Picking up in the aftermath of Hannah’s death and the start of our characters’ complicated journeys toward healing and recovery. Liberty High prepares to go on trial, but someone will stop at nothing to keep the truth surrounding Hannah’s death concealed. A series of ominous polaroids lead Clay and his classmates to uncover a sickening secret and a conspiracy to cover it up.

All major players from season one are expected return including Dylan Minnette, Miles Heizer, Christian Navarro and Kate Walsh. Katherine Langford (Hannah) will also, in a significant capacity, return via never-before-seen flashbacks.

Here is the date announcement reveal with the new season’s polaroid motif set to Depeche Mode’s “I Feel You.”
