The nominations for the 14th AACTA International Awards, the Australian Oscars, have been announced, where American Fiction, Barbie, Killers of the Flower Moon, Oppenheimer and Poor Things all lead the way with Best Film mentions.
Maestro earned three nominations, for Best Director (Bradley Cooper), Best Actor (Cooper again) and Best Actress (Carey Mulligan) and Saltburn earned two supporting mentions – for Rosamund Pike and Australian Jacob Elordi. Australian native Cate Blanchett, a favorite here, found herself with a Best Actress nod for The New Boy, which she also produced.
