Troye Sivan – “Revelation” from Boy Erased

The Academy announced the shortlist of 15 songs that will compete for an Oscar nomination next month and you can listen to them all right here.

From Grammy-winning legends like Dolly Parton, Kendrick Lamar and Diane Warren to newcomers like Troye Sivan, Arlissa and The Coup and the comeback of Sade, this list (the first Oscar shortlist in song since 1979) has a wealth of possibilities.

“All the Stars” from Black Panther, “Girl in the Movies” from Dumplin’ and “Shallow” A Star Is Born are the only songs to earn Golden Globe and Critics’ Choice nominations so far. Boy Erased‘s “Revelation” has a Globe nom; RBG‘s “I’ll Fight,” “The Place Where Small Things Go” and “Trip a Little Light Fantastic,” both from Mary Poppins Returns, have Critics’ Choice noms.
