Turner Classic Movies (TCM) ’31 Days of Oscar’ Returns with ‘Casablanca,’ ‘Dog Day Afternoon,’ ‘The 400 Blows’ and More
Turner Classic Movies (TCM) will once again roll out the red carpet for awards season with its annual programming event, 31 Days of Oscar, airing February 13 through March 15, 2026, culminating on Oscars Sunday.
Timed to the lead-up to Hollywood’s biggest night, the beloved tradition showcases Academy Award winners, nominees, and iconic performances spanning nearly a century of cinema — from silent-era milestones to modern classics — curated into themed nights that celebrate the enduring power of great filmmaking.

Each day of 31 Days of Oscar is organized around a distinct theme — including “Oscar Goes Big,” “Oscar Goes West,” “Oscar Goes International,” and “Oscar Goes Hollywood” — allowing viewers to experience award-winning cinema through fresh, entertaining lenses.
The celebration concludes on Sunday, March 15, with an all-day tribute to movies about movies, featuring Singin’ in the Rain, Sunset Boulevard, A Star Is Born, The Bad and the Beautiful, and The Player, leading directly into the Oscars ceremony.
