It was a banner year for animals in movies in 2016. From cats and dogs to goats and seagulls it seems some even gave better supporting performances than their human counterparts. Some were friends, some were foes, all were memorable.

Among his many achieved goals with AwardsWatch, he has given a platform to underrepresented writers and critics and supplied them with access to film festivals and the industry and calls the Bay Area his home where he lives with his husband and son.
