Adam Driver, Bill Murray and Tilda Swinton highlight the star-studded first trailer for Jim Jarmusch’s ‘The Dead Don’t Die’ trailer

The first trailer and poster for Jim Jarmusch’s new film The Dead Don’t Die brings us “the greatest zombie cast ever disassembled.”
Jarmusch dipped his toe into the supernatural with his now classic 2013 vampire tale Only Lovers Left Alive and his new zombie apocalypse comedy reunites with his Lovers star Tilda Swinton. The Dead Don’t Die also ropes in some of his most famous previous collaborators like Bill Murray (Broken Flowers), Adam Driver (Patterson) and Tom Waits (Stranger Than Paradise) as a zombie outbreak hits the small upstate New York hamlet of Centerville.
Jarmusch’s last film, 2016’s Patterson, premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and with a June release, it might be a safe bet that Focus Features is planning on debuting The Dead Won’t Die there as well. They’ve launched summer releases like Sofia Coppola’s The Beguiled (which won her the Director prize, only the second woman ever in seven decades) and last year’s BlacKkKlansman from Spike Lee, which won the Grand Jury prize and then Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay.
The film also stars Chloë Sevigny, Selena Gomez, Rosie Perez, Caleb Landry Jones, Iggy Pop, RZA, Danny Glover, Sara Driver, and Carol Kane.
Focus Features will release The Dead Don’t Die on June 14th. Check out the trailer and poster below.
