Beyoncé, Doechii, Kendrick Lamar are Second Round of 56th NAACP Image Awards Winners

Tonight, the NAACP wrapped the two-night 56th NAACP Image Awards Pre-Awards Show announcing the second round of winners in the non-televised award categories.

Tonight’s winners included Adam Blackstone & Fantasia for Outstanding Duo, Group or Collaboration (Traditional); Beyoncé for Outstanding Female Artist; Blue Ivy Carter for Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance (Motion Picture); Chris Brown for Outstanding Male Artist; Doechii for Outstanding New Artist; Ebony Obsidian for Outstanding Breakthrough Performance in a Motion Picture; “Not Like Us” by Kendrick Lamar for Outstanding Song – Hip-Hop/Rap Song; Malcolm Washington for Outstanding Breakthrough Creative (Motion Picture); “Portrait” by Samara Joy for Outstanding Jazz Album; “Live Breathe Fight” by Tamela Mann for Outstanding Gospel/Christian Album; the cast of “The Six Triple Eight” for Outstanding Ensemble Cast in a Motion Picture; “We Don’t Always Agree with Ryan & Sterling” podcast for Outstanding Podcast – Lifestyle/Self-Help; and more.
