Chris Hemsworth, Dakota Johnson, Cynthia Erivo and more check into the trailer for ‘Bad Times at the El Royale’

20th Century FOX has released the first trailer and official poster for BAD TIMES AT THE EL ROYALE, the story of seven strangers who meet at Lake Tahoe’s El Royale, existing right smack on the border where “you have the option of choosing a room in either California or Nevada.” Over the course of one fateful night, secrets are unearthed, and everyone will have a last shot at redemption before everything goes to hell.
Jam-packed with an eclectic, all-star cast that includes Oscar winner Jeff Bridges (Crazy Heart) Emmy winner Jon Hamm (Mad Men), Emmy, Tony and Grammy winner Cynthia Erivo (the upcoming Widows), Dakota Johnson (the Fifty Shades trilogy), Cailee Spaeny (Pacific Rim: Uprising), Lewis Pullman (Battle of the Sexes), Nick Offerman (TV’s Parks and Recreation) and a very shirtless Chris Hemsworth (Thor, The Avengers) there’s something for everyone in this wickedly fun-looking flick from Oscar-nominated writer/director Drew Goddard (The Martian, The Cabin in the Woods, TV’s Lost and Alias).
Featuring cinematography by two-time Oscar nominee Seamus McGarvey (Atonement, Anna Karenina) and a score by Oscar winner Michael Giacchino (Up), Bad Times at the El Royale will be released by20th Century Fox on October 5th, 2018.
