The Cinema Audio Society (CAS) has set its timeline for the 62nd Annual CAS Awards, which will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026.

Every year, the CAS Awards recognize Outstanding Sound Mixing in film and television, along with an annual Student Recognition Award. Recipients for the CAS Career Achievement Award and CAS Filmmaker Award will be announced later in the year.

“The CAS is committed to our mission of supporting and honoring excellence in sound for motion pictures and television,” said CAS President Peter Kurland. “Each year, we celebrate the artistry and technical mastery of sound mixers who bring stories to life in powerful and immersive ways. We look forward to recognizing this year’s outstanding achievements at our awards next March and continuing this tradition at the 62nd CAS Awards.”

Last season’s CAS winner for feature film was A Complete Unknown, which was Oscar-nominated for sound but lost to Dune: Part Two.
