The Irishman may have earned the most nominations, but Parasite won Best Picture from the Detroit Film Critics Society today and Marriage Story came away with the most wins – 4, including three of the four acting prizes. Martin Scorsese won Best Director, the only win for his film. Best Picture was Parasite’s sole win.
Florence Pugh won Breakthrough for her trifecta of Fighting with My Family, Midsommar and Little Women and Apollo 11 notched another Best Documentary prize.
