“We aimed to do something extraordinary with this one”
In No Time To Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.
In this new featurette, director Cary Joji Fukunaga talks about where Bond is now five years after retirement, the responsibility of taking on such an iconic project and the fate of Daniel Craig in the 007 franchise.
No Time to Die was written by Neal Purvis & Robert Wade, and Cary Joji Fukunaga and Phoebe Waller-Bridge; produced by Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli and co-stars Oscar winner Rami Malek, Léa Seydoux, Lashana Lynch, Ben Whishaw, Oscar nominee Naomie Harris, Jeffrey Wright, Oscar winner Christoph Waltz, Oscar nominee Ralph Fiennes, Rory Kinnear, Ana de Armas, Dali Benssalah, David Dencik, and Billy Magnussen.
MGM will release No Time to Die on April 10.
