‘Everything Everywhere All At Once’ leads 2023 Discussing Film Awards nominations with 14

The Daniels’ multiverse blockbuster Everything Everywhere All At Once has topped the 2023 Discussing Film Awards nominations with 14, double its nearest competitor, including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress and Best Ensemble.
Aftersun, The Banshees of Inisherin, Bones and All, Decision to Leave, The Fabelmans, Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio, TÁR, Top Gun: Maverick and Women Talking round out the Best Picture nominations and joining The Daniels in Best Director are Charlotte Wells (Aftersun), Park Chan-wook (Decision to Leave), Steven Spielberg (The Fabelmans) and Todd Field (TÁR).
Decision to Leave and Elvis earned seven nominations apiece and coming in with six were Babylon, The Banshees of Inisherin, Bones and All, Top Gun: Maverick and Women Talking.
Best Actress is an eclectic lineup of Taylor Russell (Bones and All), Michelle Yeoh (Everything Everywhere All At Once), Cate Blanchett (TÁR), Danielle Deadwyler (Till) and Mia Goth (Pearl). The Best Actor nominees are Paul Mescal (Aftersun), Colin Farrell (The Banshees of Inisherin). Park Hae-il (Decision to Leave), Austin Butler (Elvis) and Brendan Fraser (The Whale).
