Georgia Film Critics Association (GAFCA) Winners: ‘One Battle After Another’ and ‘Sinners’ Take Top Awards


The Georgia Film Critics Association (GAFCA) has revealed its winners for the best in film for 2025. Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another was named Best Picture, Best Director, Best Supporting Actor (Benicio Del Toro), Best Ensemble and Best Adapted Screenplay.
Sinners found love in Original Screenplay, Cinematography, Score, Song (“I Lied to You”) and Breakthrough (Miles Caton). Other acting wins went to Timothée Chalamet (Best Actor for Marty Supreme), Jessie Buckley (Best Actress for Hamnet) and Amy Madigan (Best Supporting Actress for Weapons).
