The new podcast category was a heated debate ahead of nominations with several right-wing contenders vying for a spot including Ben Shapiro and Joe Rogan but voters nixed that, snubbing them all in favor of Amy Poehler’s Good Hang and Call Her Daddy.
Sarah Jessica Parker will be the sixth recipient of the Golden Globes’ Carol Burnett Award, to be presented in a ceremony televised on CBS Thursday, January 8, 2026, three days before the 83rd annual Golden Globes are held on January 11.
