Full-Day Marathon Screenings of all Oscar®-Nominated Feature & Short Documentaries
The International Documentary Association (IDA) has announced the line-up for DocuDay LA, its annual full-day marathon of all the films nominated in the Best Feature Documentary and the Best Short Documentary categories at the Academy Awards®. Each screening will be presented with either Q&A or an introduction with the filmmaking teams and/or subjects (based on availability).
DocuDay LA will take place at the Writers Guild Theater in Beverly Hills on Saturday, February 8. All-day passes are available at: https://www.documentary.org/docuday-la. Individual tickets go on sale on today Monday, January 27, 2020.
“DocuDay LA celebrates the great documentary films from the past year and is a unique opportunity to hear directly from the filmmakers and their subjects the stories behind these Oscar-nominated films,” said Simon Kilmurry, executive director of IDA
