Indiana Film Journalists Association (IFJA) Awards: ‘Poor Things’ Wins Best Film, Director, plus Emma Stone, Mark Ruffalo’s Performances
The Indiana Film Journalists Association (IFJA) went in for Yorgos Lanthimos’ Poor Things, rewarding it Best Film, Director, Lead Performance (Emma Stone), Supporting Performance (Mark Ruffalo), Adapted Screenplay and Ensemble, as well as the group’s ‘Original Vision’ award, for their year end prizes.
Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer was a runner-up in all five of those six categories, save adapted screenplay, which went to Barbie, but won for editing, cinematography and score.
