Don’t look now, but WWE has another renaissance man on their hands.
Mike “The Miz” Mizanin has main evented WrestleMania, stars in his own reality show, has appeared in dozens of television and movie projects and now, as co-host of reality-competition series Cannonball, has proven himself to be one of the most diverse, multi-faceted performers in all of sports entertainment.
Mizanin points to guys like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Dave Bautista as inspiration, who have both been able to spread their cinematic wings after nearly unparalleled success inside the squared circle. But, have no fear wrestling fans, Miz still has his eyes locked on his in-ring future.
Daniel Trainor spoke to Mizanin about Cannonball, his family life during quarantine and who he wants to face at next year’s WrestleMania.
