Jake Gyllenhaal reunites with Dan Gilroy in freaky af trailer for ‘Velvet Buzzsaw’

High art meets high horror in Velvet Buzzsaw, the new film from Dan Gilroy (Roman J. Israel, Esq.) that reunites him with his Nightcrawler stars Jake Gyllenhaal and Rene Russo.

Velvet Buzzsaw is a thriller set in the contemporary art world scene of Los Angeles where big money artists and mega-collectors pay a high price when art collides with commerce.

Velvet Buzzsaw will have its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival at the end of the month before Netflix drops the film on February 1st.

The star-packed thriller also features Also starring Toni Collette, Zawe Ashton, Tom Sturridge, Natalia Dyer, Daveed Diggs, Billy Magnussen, and John Malkovich.
