Michigan Movie Critics Guild (MMCG) Nominations: ‘American Fiction,’ ‘Barbie,’ ‘The Holdovers’ Lead

The Michigan Movie Critics Guild (MMCG), in their first year since the disbanding of the Detroit Film Critics, have announced their nominations for the best in film for 2023 where American Fiction, Barbie and The Holdovers lead with six apiece. Past Lives was next with five and all are nominated for Best Picture along with Anatomy of a Fall and Poor Things.

Winners will be announced on December 4. Here is the complete list of nominees.
