Netflix ready to go back to Barbary Lane with Armistead Maupin’s ‘Tales of the City’ revival set for 2019
Netflix has ordered a 10-episode revival of the Armistead Maupin series Tales of the City, which will begin production this fall for a 2019 premiere.

The new series takes place 20+ after the original, with Mary Ann returning to San Francisco where she is reunited with her daughter and takes comfort with her chosen family at 28 Barbary Lane.
