North Texas Film Critics Association (NTFCA) Awards: ‘Oppenheimer’ and ‘The Holdovers’ Win Big

The North Texas Film Critics Association (NTFCA) have announced their best in film for 2023 where Oppenheimer and The Holdovers were the big winners, with five and four awards apiece, respectively.

Best Director: Christopher Nolan, Oppenheimer

Best Actor: Paul Giamatti, The Holdovers
Best Actress: Lily Gladstone, Killers of the Flower Moon
Best Supporting Actor (tie): Robert Downey Jr., Oppenheimer & Glenn Howerton, BlackBerry
Best Supporting Actress: Da’Vine Joy Randolph, The Holdovers

Best Screenplay: David Hemingson, The Holdovers

Best Animated Film: Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse
Best Documentary Film: Still: A Michael J. Fox Movie
Best Foreign Language Film: Anatomy of a Fall

Best Cinematography: Hoyte van Hoytema, Oppenheimer

Best Newcomer: Dominic Sessa, The Holdovers

Gary Murray Award (Best Ensemble): Oppenheimer
