Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood leads the 2019 Washington DC Area Film Critics Association (WAFCA) with 10, followed by Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman with 9 and Greta Gerwig’s Little Women and Bong Joon-ho’s Parasite coming in with 7 apiece.
