Phoenix Film Critics Society (PFCS) Awards: ‘1917’ wins 5 but ‘Joker’ takes Best Picture

Joker has been named Best Picture and Joaquin Phoenix Best Actor by the Phoenix Film Critics Society (PFCS). The WWI epic 1917, however, was the leader with five wins including Best Director for Sam Mendes.
