The Favourite, from Yorgos Lanthimos leads the London Film Critics Circle nominations with 10, including Director of the Year, Actress of the Year (Olivia Colman) and Supporting Actress of the Year (Rachel Weisz). Emma Stone was not nominated.
Next up were ROMA, Cold War and You Were Never Really Here with 5 apiece – all earning Film of the Year and Director of the Year mentions.
BlacKkKlansman, First Man, First Reformed, The Happy Prince, If Beale Street Could Talk, Leave No Trace and Widows earned 3 nominations each.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony on January 20, 2019. Last year’s top winner was Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.
