The OCEAN’S 8 trailer is here and it’s awesome

Glitz, glamour and bad ass women. What more could you want?

The first trailer for next summer’s Ocean’s 8 is here and it’s a blast. Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Awkwafina, Rihanna and Helena Bonham Carter star in this crime caper.

But don’t call it a remake. It’s more of a sister spinoff with Bullock as Danny Ocean’s sister Debbie gathering a crew to rob the famous Met Gala. The film is directed by Gary Ross, written by Ross and Olivia Milch, and produced by George Clooney and Steven Soderbergh. It’s modeled after the Ocean’s movies with Bullock as Danny Ocean’s sister Debbie gathering a crew to rob the famous Met Gala. With this crew though there’s enough Oscar, Emmy and Grammy gold to not even need a heist.

Every con has its pros. Check out the trailer and poster below. Warner Bros will release Ocean’s 8 June 8th, 2018

Among his many achieved goals with AwardsWatch, he has given a platform to underrepresented writers and critics and supplied them with access to film festivals and the industry and calls the Bay Area his home where he lives with his husband and son.
