The Toronto Film Critics Association (TFCA) have named Jonathan Glazer’s The Zone of Interest the best film of 2023, also awarding Glazer Best Director.

The Canadian org mirrored the Los Angeles Film Critics Association (LAFCA) with the top two wins as well as the breakdown of acting wins, which are non-gendered and feature two winners for lead. The TFCA has four runners-up in each.

Lily Gladstone in Killers of the Flower Moon and Sandra Hüller in Anatomy of a Fall were the lead winners while Ryan Gosling in Barbie and Da’Vine Joy Randolph in The Holdovers were the supporting winners.
