The Utah Film Critics Association (UFCA) have announced their nominations for the best in film for 2023.
Oppenheimer led with 10 nominations including Best Picture, Best Achievement in Directing for Christopher Nolan, Best Lead Performance Male for Cillian Murphy, Best Supporting Performance Female for Emily Blunt, as well as two more acting categories, Adapted Screenplay, Cinematography, Score, Editing,
Poor Things was next with nine nominations including Best Picture, Best Achievement in Directing for Yorgos Lanthimos, Best Lead Performance Female and the Vice/Martin Award for Emma Stone, Best Supporting Performance Male for Mark Ruffalo, as well as Adapted Screenplay, Cinematography, Score, and Visual Effects.
The Holdovers, Killers of the Flower Moon, and Barbie tied for third place with seven nominations each.
