First ‘Suspiria’ clip has Tilda Swinton telling Dakota Johnson to “improvise freely”
In this first look clip of Luca Guadagnino’s Suspiria, Madame Blanc (Tilda Swinton) outlines plans for a new dance, a piece about “rebirths,” in which Susie Bannion (Dakota Johnson) can “improvise freely.”
But, as Susie contorts and convulses we see her moves aren’t so free after all. A darker, more sinister force is work instigating her movement.
Suspiria will world premiere at the Venice International Film Festival (which kicks off this week) then Amazon Studios will open the film in limited release on October 26th and nationwide on November 2nd.
