Best Documentary shortlist announced
In all the frenzy that was the announcement of the NYFCC awards (in fact, they’re still at it as I write this, 270 minutes into it), we would almost overlook the fact that the Best Documentary shortlist for the Oscars was announced today. No real surprises here, although it seemed like Blackfish was snubbed for a moment (an error quickly corrected).
