2018 Oscar Predictions: PRODUCTION DESIGN and COSTUME DESIGN (December Part 1)

Blade Runner 2049 and Phantom Thread lead the Production Design and Costume Design predictions, respectively, once again and with a stranglehold on those #1 spots.

Dunkirk and Darkest Hour swap places and Downsizing is the month’s sole debut in Production Design. Costume Design has even less change, with Wonder Woman inching up and Murder on the Orient Express inching down.
