Isa Briones Reminisces on Her Two Seasons of ‘The Pitt’ and What She Sees for Santos in the Future [VIDEO INTERVIEW]
Isa Briones is quickly becoming a standout star on both our television screens and live on stage. Playing Dr. Trinity Santos for two seasons so far on the hit HBO Max drama series The Pitt, Briones brings impressive layers to her guarded yet strong and witty character. The winner of five Emmys in its first season, Briones and her The Pitt co-stars are receiving even greater praise for their outstanding acting performances in season two.
I spoke with Briones about her approach in embodying Santos for the small screen, her favorite parts of being recognized with her cast and crew during awards season, her experiences right now on Broadway with her Just In Time musical, her hopes for the third season storyline and Briones reveals her heartfelt message that she would tell her The Pitt character, if only she could.
Isa Briones is Emmy-eligible in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for The Pitt.
